About Studio Life, Workshops & Community
Studio Karva is not just a place to learn; it is a home for your craft. I guide students through wheel throwing and hand-building, and members get dedicated storage shelves. Working here means you get access to wheels, kilns, and a community that supports your process, from the first lump of clay to the final firing.
Whether you are looking for a weekend workshop or a consistent space to practice, we have something for you. Our studio in Vaibhav Industrial Estate is designed to be a living space. We offer beginner-friendly classes where you learn the basics of clay. For those who have some experience, our membership model gives you the freedom to create at your own pace.
We host open studio mornings and workshops that are perfect for meeting fellow makers in Mumbai. My goal is to keep the energy here grounded. We deal with real stuff. We talk about wet clay, dust, firing temperatures, and the occasional disaster in the kiln. If you are tired of sterile environments and want to get your hands dirty, you will fit right in.
