From beginners' wheel sessions to advanced Raku firing, explore our core experiences at the studio and discover the discipline of clay.

Hero Item. There's a unique joy in watching clay take shape, and it's an experience we love sharing. Here, we're guiding young hands as they discover the magic of the potter's wheel for the first time.

This is the moment of transformation. I am opening the kiln during a Raku firing session, where intense heat and sudden cooling create beautifully unpredictable patterns. It's a process that's as much about letting go as it is about control.

It all starts with a lump of clay and an idea. In our hand-building workshops, you can create something truly personal, like this mug being decorated with little hearts. It’s about making functional art that you can use every day.

Sculpting a Ganesha idol is a meditative process. This close-up shows the careful work of shaping the terracotta clay, bringing the form to life with simple tools and patient hands for our eco-friendly Ganesha workshop.

This is what practice and patience can lead to. Our limited edition cobalt blue stoneware mugs are wheel-thrown and glazed right here in the studio, each with its own unique character.

I often compare pottery to classical music, it requires riyaaz or practice. It's not about signing your name, but about honing your skill until the work itself becomes your signature. This is the philosophy we share at the studio.

Learning is a community affair. Here, visiting Japanese artist Kazuya Ishida demonstrates his unique throwing technique to an engaged group of students. We believe in bringing masters to the studio to share their knowledge and inspire us all.

The chemistry of pottery is a world of its own. These are glaze test tiles from one of our masterclasses, each a small experiment in color and texture. Understanding these materials is key to moving from a craftsperson to an artist.

About Featured

Pottery isn't a quick fix or a shortcut; it is riyaaz (practice). When you join us at the studio, you aren't just making a pot—you are engaging in a discipline that requires patience and steady hands. Whether it is your first time on the wheel or you are mastering glazing in our Raku workshops, the focus here remains on the hands-on learning process rather than achieving perfection on your first day.
