This high-angle view of the Elevate Clubhouse in Gurugram captures the essence of my design approach. The double-height ceiling and open layout create a sense of grandeur, while the distinct seating zones, rich herringbone flooring, and warm lighting foster a welcoming atmosphere for community interaction.

The reception at the Godrej South Estate Experience Centre showcases how a single architectural feature can define a space. This modular, semi-permeable facade creates a dynamic play of light and shadow, offering a powerful first impression that is both sculptural and inviting.

In this lounge at Godrej Woods, I used art as a central narrative element to create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere. The space is designed for quiet conversation and relaxation, with natural light, soft textures, and curated furniture that encourages residents to pause and connect.

A seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces is crucial for modern community living. This view of the Elevate Clubhouse's outdoor lounge demonstrates how I extend the living area into the landscape, creating a tranquil retreat for residents to enjoy the open air.

This comparison shows the journey of the Elevate Clubhouse from a digital render to the final built environment. It highlights my commitment to precision and execution, ensuring the initial design vision is translated into reality with integrity and attention to every detail.

Modern amenities must be flexible to support evolving lifestyles. The business centre at the Elevate Clubhouse, complete with glass partitions and professional furnishings, provides a dedicated space for remote work without sacrificing the overall sense of community and openness.

A design's success lies in its materiality. This mood board for the Elevate Clubhouse provides a tactile glimpse into the selection process, combining wood, stone, and textiles to create a layered, sophisticated, and warm environment that feels both refined and grounded.

Design is a human endeavor. This is Priyanka Arora, our Associate Partner, who led the design for the Elevate Clubhouse. Her vision was to craft a space that fosters community and adapts to evolving lifestyles, turning a shared amenity into the emotional heart of the development.

When we approach a new project, we look beyond the floor plan to understand how people will actually inhabit the space. For example, at the Elevate Clubhouse in Gurugram, we identified a need for remote work integration and inserted glass-encased business zones without compromising the overall sense of openness. It is this balance between aesthetic vision and functional evolution, where we adapt layouts to support real, shifting lifestyles, that defines our process.

We design commercial spaces as living entities, and the Elevate Clubhouse in Gurugram is a testament to this belief. This expansive view captures the double-height living room, where varied seating arrangements from intimate nooks to communal tables encourage social connection. The design uses scale, natural light, and a rich herringbone floor to create an atmosphere of sophisticated comfort.8
For the Godrej South Estate Experience Centre, we created a design that is an experience in itself. This semi-permeable, curved installation acts as a majestic curtain, balancing openness with intrigue. Crafted from layered MDF plates and illuminated by narrow-beam lights, it transforms a structural element into a piece of art, guiding visitors through a narrative of luxury.
A workspace should be an extension of the brand's legacy. For the Carlsberg Group's head office, we translated their iconic identity into a physical space, incorporating brand colours, custom logo features, and collaborative zones. This collage shows how we balance heritage with modern functionality, creating an environment that is both productive and deeply authentic.
We believe in blurring the line between the built and the natural. By retaining the form of an old industrial shed in Okhla and opening it up with floor-to-ceiling glass, we transformed a forgotten structure into a workplace that breathes. This space is a prime example of our commitment to adaptive reuse and biophilic design, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors.

This is the Primarc office in Kolkata, a workspace we designed to be a dynamic ecosystem for collaboration and well-being. The central atrium and terraced seating create a vibrant core, moving beyond traditional cubicles to foster connection and fill the space with natural light.10
For the Rolex flagship boutique in Mumbai, we translated the brand's 119-year legacy into a physical space. The design uses a restrained palette of warm wood, travertino cladding, and the signature Rolex green to create an atmosphere of timeless elegance and refinement.
At Nishtara Banquet Hall, we crafted an environment of grandeur and warmth. The intricately detailed rubberwood columns and vaulted ceilings are inspired by Kolkata's rich architectural heritage, creating a memorable setting for significant life moments.
The Story Project bookstore in Kolkata reimagines how visitors interact with a retail space. Inspired by Indian stepwells, the multi-level design with its suspended walkways turns a compact footprint into an adventurous journey of discovery.

This is the facade I designed for St. Xavier's Kindergarten, a project that blends modern architecture with nature. The prominent green wall and expansive glass surfaces create an environment that is both visually striking and deeply connected to the world outside, fostering a sense of wonder for young learners.7
For the Lepton office, I created a vibrant, open-plan workspace designed to inspire collaboration and creativity. The design uses bold colors, branded wall graphics, and integrated greenery to build an energetic atmosphere that reflects the company's innovative spirit.
This is the reception and waiting area of the Life Care Clinic. I used a palette of soft pinks, gentle curves, and warm lighting to create a serene and welcoming space, ensuring patients feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
The reception area I designed for St. Xavier's High School makes a powerful first impression. The interplay of geometric wood panels and dynamic strip lighting creates a sense of modern sophistication and institutional pride.

For the EaseMyTrip headquarters, I designed a conference room that feels like a creative summit in the clouds. The custom cloud-like light fixtures float above a long marble table, creating an atmosphere that encourages blue-sky thinking and innovation. This space is a testament to my belief that a meeting room should inspire, not just contain.7
An executive cabin should be a statement of leadership and taste. In this space for EaseMyTrip's MD, I combined soft gray paneling with a commanding marble desk and iconic mid-century furniture. The result is a workspace that is both luxurious and highly functional, filled with natural light to create a calm, focused environment.
This view of the Elina Vara brasserie showcases my passion for biophilic design. I brought the outdoors in by using natural wood, lush greenery, and a light color palette to create a dining space that feels fresh and serene. The design connects directly to the restaurant's farm-to-fork philosophy, offering guests a tranquil escape in the city.
An open-plan office needs to feel both collaborative and organized. For EaseMyTrip, I used a beach-inspired theme with a wave-like acoustic ceiling in a calming blue. This not only manages sound but also visually defines the workspace, while ample greenery and clean desk lines promote productivity and well-being.

This is a 3D visualization of a modern residential facade in North Delhi. I've used a mix of textures, including stone cladding and vertical wood-style louvers, to create a bold, contemporary look. The design incorporates large glass windows and integrated planters to blend the structure with its natural surroundings.7
This 3D render showcases a continuous inlay design that flows from the terrazzo floor to the ceiling. The integrated lighting within the ceiling grooves highlights the pattern, creating a dramatic and cohesive entryway that guides you into the space.
This image shows both the technical blueprint and the final 3D render for a modern kitchen. The design features matte olive green cabinets, a white marble countertop, and a ceiling with a sunroof and integrated greenery, demonstrating how I translate precise plans into beautiful, functional spaces.
