Design Consultancy Services
Phase 1: Conceptualization
- Spatial Planning: Extensive layout options focusing on indoor-outdoor connectivity and flow.
- 3D Visualization: High-definition photorealistic renders for all habitable rooms.
- Mood Boarding: Curation of material palettes including wood, stone, and earthy tones.
Phase 2: Technical Documentation
- Civil Layouts: Detailed plans for wall demolition, structural changes, and space expansion.
- MEP Drawings: Comprehensive Electrical (lighting/switching), Plumbing, and HVAC ducting layouts.
- Joinery & Ceiling: Millwork specifications for wardrobes and consoles; reflected ceiling plans for cove lighting.
Phase 3: Supervision

- Layering is key. We mix textures, finishes, and art to add depth. Material honesty matters - we let wood, stone, and textiles show their real beauty.
Style & Elements
- Our signature look is modern Indian home interiors - clean lines, global touches, and Indian accents. But we also do minimal, eclectic, or even Wabi-Sabi if that's your thing.
- Open layout residential design is our go-to. Spaces flow into each other, sometimes with courtyards or decks that link you to the outdoors.
- Earthy colours set the mood, with pops of colour for contrast. Art and furniture are chosen to tell your story, not just fill space.
