About Hospitality & Amenity Space Design
What Drives Us
I’m all about designing spaces that actually mean something to the people using them. For me, it’s not just about how a place looks - it’s about how it feels and how it brings folks together. Whether it’s a buzzing cafe or a quiet lobby, I want every corner to reflect the vibe of the community or brand.
Clubhouses That Feel Like Home
A clubhouse isn’t just another amenity. It’s where people come to chill, connect, and sometimes just breathe. I focus on community clubhouse design that balances privacy with togetherness. You’ll see double-height ceilings, open sightlines, and spots that feel both grand and cozy. I’m big on indoor-outdoor spatial flow too - think big windows, shaded screens, and greenery everywhere, so you never feel boxed in.
More Than Just Clubhouses
Restaurants, cafes, lobbies, lounges - each gets its own personality. I design flexible amenity spaces that can shift with changing lifestyles, like business centres for remote work or lounges for downtime. Lobbies aren’t just waiting areas; I treat them as narrative-driven lobby design, using art and architecture to set the mood right from the entrance.
Materials That Speak
I love working with a tactile material palette. Expect wood floors, stone accents, clay walls, and lighting that’s soft but not showy. Art and sculpture aren’t just for decoration - they’re part of the story, adding layers and meaning to every space.

My Story
Hi, we’re Studio IAAD. Eighteen years, and still, we’re learning, changing, laughing, arguing, and building together. Spaces, for us, are not just walls and floors - they’re memories, moods, and a bit of you in every corner. Being called ‘Leaders Shaping India of Tomorrow’ by Fortune India? Felt good, sure, but the real win is when a space feels right for you. Our studio is a mix of old hands and fresh minds, always talking, always creating.
My Work
What we do - We design interiors and architecture for homes, offices, retail, restaurants, clubhouses, and more.
Design that feels like you - We listen, then build spaces that fit your story. Not just pretty rooms, but real experiential spatial design.
Spaces that connect - Think clubhouses, open plans, indoor-outdoor living spaces - we try to make places where people gather and belong.
Sustainable, always - Eco-friendly workspace design is our thing - we reuse, recycle, and keep nature in mind, always.
Collaboration above all - We work with you, not just for you. Good design is a conversation, not a monologue.
