This angle showcases the blend of modern furniture with the traditional wooden framework in the Bengaluru apartment. The clean lines of the sofa and coffee table contrast beautifully with the ornate details of the pillars, creating a balanced and sophisticated interior.
A standout feature in the Embassy Lake Terraces apartment is this traditional Indian oonjal, or swing. We suspended it by the window, creating a perfect spot for relaxation with a view. The ceiling panel above features a vibrant textile pattern, adding a unique decorative touch.
The dining area in the Embassy Lake Terraces project is both formal and inviting. We used a solid wood dining table and chairs with rich red patterned upholstery, complemented by custom cabinetry and large windows that fill the space with light.
The entrance to the Embassy Lake Terraces residence sets a grand and traditional tone. A massive, intricately detailed wooden door is flanked by a carved pillar and a stone-clad wall, immediately signaling the home's unique blend of heritage and luxury.
In the Aarohi Residence, we designed a contemporary living room with a focus on clean lines and sophisticated lighting. The marble-finish wall panel behind the TV is complemented by recessed cove lighting and linear ceiling lights, creating a sleek and modern media zone.

We seamlessly integrated a modern puja unit into the living area of the Aarohi Residence. The glass-paneled cabinet with a duco finish keeps the design light and elegant, providing a dedicated spiritual space without disrupting the contemporary aesthetic.

About Modern Apartment Living
Many modern apartments in Bengaluru often feel clinical, but we bridge this gap by integrating tactile heritage elements—like solid wood pillars or traditional swings—into contemporary floor plans. This approach ensures your living area remains open and airy while retaining a grounding character that factory-made furniture simply cannot replicate.
Designing for Urban Volumes
Our approach to apartment interiors centers on maximizing visual volume without sacrificing comfort. We recognize that in an urban setting, space is a premium. We use techniques like full-height wardrobes, floor-to-ceiling drapery with concealed pelmets, and shadow channels on false ceilings to draw the eye upward, making rooms feel significantly larger.
Materials and Execution
We prioritize what we call 'honest materials.' You will find BWP marine-grade plywood as the structural core of our woodwork, finished with PU-based Ducco paint or matte acrylics for a smooth, enduring surface. For flooring and accent surfaces, we lean into natural stone like Kota or Italian marble, which provides a cooling, organic texture that artificial laminates cannot match.
The Hybrid Aesthetic
Our work in residences like Embassy Lake Terraces showcases our signature hybrid style. We do not choose between traditional and modern; we synthesize them. A sleek, modern television unit with handle-less push-to-open hardware can sit comfortably in the same room as a hand-carved teak pillar. This layering of textures—fluted panels against smooth marble, or warm cove lighting against clean white walls—creates a home that feels lived-in and thoughtful rather than staged.
Technical Precision
We manage the electrical and lighting layer with as much importance as the furniture. Instead of standard grids, we install layered lighting plans using magnetic tracks and profile LEDs to highlight textures. This precise control over light allows you to shift the mood of your living space from a bright, functional area during the day to a warm, ambient retreat in the evening.
