My approach to modern apartment design balances clean lines with warm, textured materials, ensuring your space feels intentional and uniquely yours.

A proposed design for "The Beige House," a 3BHK flat in Basavanagudi. This view shows the living area with burnt orange accent chairs and a clear glass partition offering a glimpse into the kitchen, creating a sense of open, connected living.

The dining area of "The Beige House" features a modern marble-top table and a crystal chandelier. The design uses a neutral palette with wooden accents in the crockery unit to create a warm and sophisticated space for family meals.

Another view of "The Beige House" living room, focusing on the L-shaped sofa and the soft, indirect lighting. The design uses a combination of recessed lights and sheer curtains to create a cozy and inviting ambiance.

This angle of "The Beige House" shows the TV wall and the overall layout. The design maintains a cohesive beige and white theme throughout the open-plan living and dining area, creating a spacious and harmonious feel.

A proposed design for a residence in Jayanagar, featuring a wide view of the living room. The layout includes a traditional swing by the balcony, blending modern furniture with classic Indian elements for a personalized touch.

This view of the Jayanagar residence highlights the TV unit and an arched entryway leading to another part of the home. The pop of yellow from the chandelier adds a vibrant touch to the otherwise neutral and earthy color scheme.

A closer look at the seating arrangement in the Jayanagar residence proposal. The design uses a mix of a plush white sofa and structured leather armchairs to create a balanced and comfortable living space.

This proposed design for a cozy dining corner features a built-in L-shaped booth with striped upholstery. This space-saving solution creates an intimate and comfortable dining nook that is integrated with the main living area.

From one of my first interior projects, this bedroom features a stucco accent wall and a fluted wood panel behind a full-length mirror. The herringbone patterned wooden flooring adds a layer of texture and sophistication to the room.

About Modern Apartment Interiors

In the 'Beige House' project, I used a glass partition to connect the living and kitchen areas, which allowed natural light to flow through the entire floor. It is these small layout decisions, along with careful material selection like marble tops and veneer panels, that define how a room functions every day.
