Located in Sector 45, Gurgaon, our studio ditches the traditional gym vibe for high-energy group classes that feel more like a dance floor than a workout space. Whether you are looking to burn calories with BollyFit, build core strength through Pilates, or just shake off the work week with Zumba, we have a batch for you.
We focus on community over competition. You will find people here at every level of fitness, cheering each other on during Tabata intervals or synchronizing steps in our Bhangra sessions. There is no judgment, just music and movement.
