You might see someone on the reformer doing a complex movement while right next to them, someone else is doing a modified version that is just as effective. That is how we run things here in Saket. I am personally there to make sure you are not just copying a move, but actually engaging the right muscles—no matter your current fitness level.

A lot of people feel intimidated walking into a fitness studio because they worry about keeping up or doing something wrong. We have built our classes to completely remove that stress.

In our studio, we use the same equipment for everyone, but we scale the intensity based on your body.
