This is a glimpse into our group yoga sessions, celebrating International Yoga Day with empowering movements in a positive environment.

We begin each yoga class with a moment of focus, setting our intentions with the prayer pose, or Pranamasana.

The entire class joins in the opening Pranamasana, creating a shared sense of purpose for the session ahead.

Stretching upwards in Urdhva Hastasana, we work on lengthening the spine and opening the chest as a group.

This upward salute pose is excellent for improving posture and creating energy flow through the body.
