I see tennis as more than just a sport - it’s a journey. My main aim is to help you get better every single day, whether you’re just starting out or chasing that next trophy. I’ll give you all the madat (help) you need, and your progress is what matters most to me.
What You Get
- One-on-one tennis lessons, not group sessions. You get my full laksh (attention) every time.
- I start ekdum basic se (from scratch) if you’re new, or we can jump straight into fixing that tricky backhand or prepping for tournaments.
- Every plan is made just for you, after we sit and chat about your goals.
How I Train
- We break down every stroke - grip, stance, swing - till it feels natural.
- Loads of customized drills to build muscle memory and consistency. Some days are just for forehand + footwork, others for volleys or serves.
- If you’re aiming for tournaments, I’ll push you with real match practice and mental toughness for tennis. I’ve seen my players win at MSSA, SFA, DSO, and CISCE.
Beyond the Court
- Tennis fitness training is a must, rain or shine. If the courts are wet, we still train - no excuses.
- I work with a mental coach for focus and stress, and I’ll guide you on nutrition too.
A Few Realities
- We always start with a quick chat to see if we’re the right fit.
- Sessions missed due to heavy rain or things out of our hands won’t be rescheduled. Just being honest.

My Story
Main Sanjay Patel. 35 saal se (for 35 years) tennis court hi sab kuch hai. Shivaji Park Gymkhana... yahan sirf tennis nahi, parivar hai (here it's not just tennis, it's family). Mera kaam player banana, unko himmat dena. Jeet haar chhodo, pehla kadam zaroori hai (winning or losing doesn't matter, first step is important). Humne All India Association bhi banaya, apne logon ke liye. Jab Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolhapur se players aate hain, dil khush ho jata hai. Bas, family badi ho, sabka bhala ho - yahi motivation hai.
My Work
All Types of Coaching - Junior tennis coaching, adult tennis batch, personal training, mental conditioning, nutrition, cross-fit - age 5 se 40+ tak sabke liye.
Technique and Fitness First - Tennis fitness drills, footwork, dead ball, split stance - detail mein sikhate hain. Fitness bhi must hai.
More Than Just Tennis - Discipline, patience, masti sab hai. Yoga on court, rains mein bhi fitness. Family jaisa environment.
Creating Champions - Players win DSO, CISCE, SFA, MSSA. Participation sabse important. Platform milta hai, jeet haar baad mein.
