I craft large-scale homes where architecture breathes with the landscape. From sprawling farmhouses to expansive estates, my approach prioritizes light, volumetric scale, and a resort-like connection between indoors and the natural world.

The Sachdeva Farmhouse is designed with the pool as its heart. The architecture wraps around this central courtyard, with a wooden deck and green lawn creating a seamless transition between the built form and the landscape.

From the poolside, the tall glass façades of the Sachdeva Farmhouse reveal interiors glowing with warmth and detail. This transparency frames the house as both a sanctuary and a statement in modern tropical design.

The pool area of the Sachdeva Farmhouse is a multi-level experience. The gym and spa open directly onto this central zone, with steps leading up to a terrace garden, creating a fluid connection between leisure, wellness, and nature.

The Ashraya Residence, seen from an aerial perspective, reveals its complex composition of interlocking blocks and terraced gardens. This design is a modern interpretation of traditional Indian terraced farming, creating a home that is both sculptural and deeply connected to its site.

The illuminated façade of the Ashraya Residence at dusk highlights its layered volumes and the warm glow from within. The design balances transparency with privacy, creating a welcoming beacon in the neighborhood.

While the cantilevered façade of the Ashraya Residence gives it a bold, modern identity, the interior remains deeply anchored in Indian sensibilities. The exterior features a refined blend of Indian slate stone and teak wood, striking a perfect balance between warmth and contemporary elegance.

The façade of the Ashraya Residence is a composition of stepped gardens and varied materials. A cantilevered box on the first floor houses a secluded study, while the use of slate stone and teak wood brings warmth and authenticity.

The Ashraya Residence is organized around a central, double-height courtyard that connects all spaces. This view from the indoor greenery looks up towards the first-floor lounge, showcasing the home's vertical connectivity and Indian-inspired theme.

The central courtyard of the Ashraya Residence connects the home both horizontally and vertically. It links semi-private spaces like the terrace garden and dining area, while a green patch brings life and comfort to the heart of the home.

In the Ashraya Residence, a raised platform in the central courtyard offers a cozy nook for family gatherings. Every material, from the Jaisalmer stone flooring to the carved wooden columns, is sourced from India, reflecting a design ethos rooted in authenticity.

About Grand Residences & Farmhouses

My process for these large-scale residences begins with rigorous site-specific sun-path analysis to ensure every volume captures natural light while maintaining necessary privacy. We do not just build large; we orchestrate how you move from pool-facing lounges to private garden terraces, ensuring the architectural scale never feels overwhelming or cold.
