Bespoke Interiors & Art Integration

I believe an interior should be a narrative, not a trend. By collaborating with local painters and craftspeople, we weave custom furniture, lighting, and installations directly into the architectural fabric of your home.

The double-height living area of Kavyam Residence blends warmth and creativity. A bright blue artwork featuring a cow stands out as the main feature, reflecting the client's personal taste and adding a unique, artistic touch to the room.

The focal point of the Slender House is this triple-height custom artwork, 'The Tree of Life'. It illustrates the family's journey with personal symbols, making it a deeply emotional and connective element visible from every room.

This magnificent six-foot round painting is the main attraction in the drawing room of The House of Dancing Screens. The room's neutral decor provides a sophisticated background, allowing the colorful, geometric artwork to make a bold statement.

One wall of the drawing room in The House of Dancing Screens features this unique abstract painting crafted from an assortment of natural stones. The intricate design combines various marbles to create a visually appealing masterpiece.

The second-floor bar in the Screen House is a dynamic social hub. A striking wall poster adds depth and character, while bespoke furniture and curated lighting enhance its lively, artistic appeal.

The study in the Grey Apartment is a vibrant space, featuring a geometric blue ceiling and patterned tile flooring. Quirky touches like drum-inspired wall pouches and a Rocky poster add personality and reflect the client's interests.

The dining area in the Grey Apartment is designed to spark conversation. A feature wall with recessed niches proudly displays the client's handpicked artifacts, while a custom chandelier adds drama and elegance.

About this collection

I do not believe in shopping for off-the-rack luxury. In projects like The House of Dancing Screens, we selected natural stones—Carrara, Crema, Kota, and Kadappa—to craft a wall mural that acts as a structural focal point. This is not decoration; it is stone masonry treated as an art form. When you decide to customize your space, we start by sketching the story, ensuring every piece of furniture or sculpture feels like it was born from the architecture itself.

Architecture is, for me, a spatial story. When we integrate art into the home, it functions as a connective tissue between the inhabitants and their environment.

The Methodology of Integration

My process begins with a conversation and a hand-drawn sketch. We do not look for objects to fill space; we create elements that define it. In the Slender House, for example, we developed the 'Tree of Life' mural not as an accessory, but as a symbolic representation of the family history. This piece is visible from every room, acting as the silent narrator of the home.

Materiality and Craft

We focus on the tactile quality of a home. In our recent projects, such as the Grey Apartment, we designed the study with a geometric ceiling and drum-inspired wall pouches to reflect the user's specific interests. This approach ensures that functionality is never sacrificed for aesthetics. We emphasize:

  • Stone and Wood: Utilizing natural materials like Indian stone to create lasting textures.
  • Custom Lighting: Designing fixtures that respond to the volume of the space rather than simply illuminating it.
  • Spatial Flow: Ensuring that art pieces—whether a six-foot circular painting or a carved wooden bench—maintain the visual harmony of the room.

By treating every wall, floor, and ceiling as a canvas for the family’s narrative, we move beyond simple design to create a home that feels alive. We invite you to share your vision so we may begin the process of sketching your story.

Architecture for me is a spatial story, one that begins with a simple sketch and evolves through rigorous craft. I find that when we treat a home as a canvas for the family's unique journey, the result is a space that breathes rather than just fills a volume.
