Architectural Design & Façade Strategy
Conceptualization & Form
- Site Analysis: Detailed study of plot orientation, sun-path for light optimization, and wind patterns to inform building massing.
- Spatial Planning: Evolution of hand sketches into 2D CAD layouts for all floor plans and circulation areas.
- 3D Visualization: High-definition 3D renders of the building exterior to visualize massing, cantilevers, and light-shadow interplay.
Technical Detailing & Façade
- Signature Façade Design: Detailed drawings for complex exterior elements like kinetic screens, exposed concrete shuttering, or metal cladding.
- MEP Schematics: Strategic layouts for Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC ensuring services do not interfere with exterior aesthetics.
- Structural Coordination: Collaboration with structural engineers to execute complex forms like large spans or cantilevers.
Execution Documentation
- Construction Drawings: Comprehensive set of Good for Construction (GFC) drawings released to the contractor.
- Submission Drawings: Preparation of drawings required for municipal approvals (liaisoning services excluded).
- Supervision: Periodic top-level site visits to verify design intent; daily supervision requires a separate Project Management Consultant.
End-to-End Architecture, Interiors & Landscape
Architecture & Landscape Integration
- Full Shell Design: Includes all services from the Architectural Design package (Structure, Façade, MEP coordination).
- Outdoor Connections: Detailed design for courtyards, water bodies, swimming pools (infinity edges/decks), and terrace gardens to blur indoor-outdoor boundaries.
Luxury Interior Architecture
- Material Specification: Selection of premium finishes including Italian marble, natural stones, veneers, and exposed concrete textures.
- Ceiling & Lighting: Detailed false ceiling plans and architectural lighting design including cove details and skylight integration.
- Flooring & Bathrooms: Layouts for complex flooring patterns and spa-like bathroom designs with high-end fixture specifications.
Bespoke Furnishing & Styling
- Custom Furniture: Design drawings for fixed joinery (wardrobes, kitchens) and customization of loose furniture to match the architectural language.
- Art Curation: Assistance in selecting artwork, sculptures, and murals suited for large architectural volumes.
- Soft Furnishings: Guidance on upholstery, curtains, and rug selection to complete the spatial narrative.
Quality Control
- Site Monitoring: Periodic visits during critical finishing stages (flooring, carpentry, final finishes) to ensure execution meets design standards.
About Luxury Residential Architecture & Design
A Home with Soul
For me, designing a home is like telling a story - every detail matters, and it all starts with understanding you and your family. I want each home to feel personal, not just another structure following social media trends. I still believe a space should honestly reflect your life, quirks and all, and be a spot that grows with you.
How I Work
- I always start with a chat and hand drawings. Honestly, that messy first sketch is where the magic happens for me - it lets me try wild ideas before anything goes digital.
- I’m hands-on but don’t worry, I keep things professional. I handle the nitty-gritty so your project stays on track.
My Style & Approach
- I mix contemporary Indian home design with little nods to tradition.
- Every project’s vibe comes from its surroundings - a city plot or a farmhouse, doesn’t matter, I adapt.
- Big open spaces, tons of natural light architectural solutions, and always trying to blur the line between inside and outside.
- I use materials like warm wood, Indian stones, and sometimes exposed concrete or metal for that tactile feel.
What You Get
- Complete luxury residence design - from super narrow city homes to sprawling estates.
- Interiors that feel like you, down to the furniture, art, and even how you use your kitchen and bath.
- Bespoke residential façades: I love using jaalis (screens), bold shapes, and mixing materials for drama and privacy.
- Indoor-outdoor living integration, pools, rooftop gardens, and always making space for nature.
A Peek at My Work
- Homes built around courtyards, bathed in light, sometimes a bit dramatic but always warm.
- Every project is different, but they all have one thing in common - they’re made to be lived in, not just looked at.

My Story
My first project? Not some fancy building, just a chair. And let me tell you, that chair taught me more than any textbook. Proportion, materials, how design hits you in the gut. From there, I went from making furniture to shaping entire farmhouses. We’re all about craft and curiosity here. Restoring places like Haveli Dharampura isn’t just work, it’s saving stories. I drag our young architects on heritage walks—history isn’t in books, it’s in the bricks. That’s our thing: spaces that feel alive.
