This dish is the heart of my culinary philosophy. I asked, "What if a classic Kerala Appam met savory Thai-style mushrooms?" The result is this comforting yet adventurous fusion dish, showcasing how I blend familiar Indian tastes with global flavors.

No Indian celebration is complete without the joy of chaat. This is a glimpse of one of our live chaat counters, an interactive station where guests can enjoy their favorite street food classics, freshly made and customized just for them.
