Themed Culinary Journeys & Custom Event Menus
Food is more than fuel; it is a narrative. We transform your event’s theme into a multi-sensory experience, blending nostalgic flavors with modern techniques to create a menu your guests will discuss long after the event ends.

About this collection
When we design a menu around a theme, we do not just change the names on a menu card. We obsess over the entire sequence—how the aroma hits you, the weight of the cutlery, and the specific texture of the final bite. For our 'Namma Ooru' menu, we did not simply serve classic Bangalore staples; we deconstructed and reimagined iconic local favorites like Imperial’s chicken kabab into a crisp, karaage-style bite and transformed a Sweet Chariot black forest cake into a plated dessert, ensuring the food feels familiar yet entirely surprising.
Designing Your Narrative Through Food
Every event has a personality. Whether you are hosting a high-energy cocktail evening, a quiet sit-down dinner, or a large-scale celebration, your menu should reflect that. We step away from the standard buffet logic to build a dining experience that feels personal.
The Bangalore Nostalgia Concept
Our 'Bangalore Nostalgia' menu is a prime example of our approach to storytelling. We wanted to capture the city’s culinary history—a blend of old-school charm and modern evolution. We took inspiration from legendary institutions like Airlines Hotel, Veena Stores, and Memories of China.
Our team deconstructs these classics and applies modern culinary techniques to elevate them. This results in dishes that trigger fond memories for locals but present them in a way that feels refined and new. It is about honoring the source material while refusing to be limited by it.
How We Approach Custom Menus
- Discovery: We start by talking about the 'why.' What is the event? What memory are you trying to evoke? Is it a tribute to a specific time, a place, or a shared passion?
- Flavor Mapping: We map out the flavor profiles that match your vision. If the theme is 'Cozy Winter,' we focus on warmth, spice, and heavier textures. If it is 'Summer Soiree,' we look for acidity, brightness, and lighter bites.
- Logistics & Setup: Great food requires precision. We plan the kitchen setup based on your venue, whether it is a home lawn, a farmhouse in Nandi Hills, or a city hotel. We bring our own equipment to ensure we can execute restaurant-quality plates, even when we are miles away from a permanent kitchen.
Whether you want a menu inspired by your favorite travel destination or a deep dive into regional traditions, we are here to build it from the ground up.
