Our Signature Stations
- Modern Indian classics, but with a twist. My portable tandoor setup rolls out stuffed kulchas live, plus tandoori kebabs and all the fixings.
- Goa hits the road with our "poi bar" - think Chicken Cafreal or Prawn Recheado tucked into soft Goan bread.
- The Taqueria is a taco party - homemade tortillas, fillings like Lamb Barbacoa or Lobster Ghee Roast, and the crowd never stops.
- Burger station’s always slammed. Smash patties, buttery buns, and fries for serious comfort.
- Pan-Asian counter switches things up with Japanese raw bar, dim sum, and Burmese Khao Suey.
Street Food, Reimagined

Hey, we’re Single Thread. Food’s not just food for us, it’s a feeling, a memory, sometimes even a wild adventure. Once, we designed an entire menu around saree motifs for an art show. Another time, we braved Mussoorie’s chill just to serve piping hot tacos and fondue. We’ve hustled from Bengaluru to Frankfurt, mixing Chicken Schnitzel with Chaapli masala. Every event has its own story - we just help you taste it.
