Food’s just the beginning for us. I turn live cooking into a full-blown show, right at your event. At our Interactive Live Stations, guests get the whole sensory experience - sizzling grills, fresh bread from the tandoor, colors, sounds, and smells all mixing together.

Our Signature Stations

• Modern Indian classics, but with a twist. My portable tandoor setup rolls out stuffed kulchas live, plus tandoori kebabs and all the fixings.
• Goa hits the road with our "poi bar" - think Chicken Cafreal or Prawn Recheado tucked into soft Goan bread.
• The Taqueria is a taco party - homemade tortillas, fillings like Lamb Barbacoa or Lobster Ghee Roast, and the crowd never stops.
• Burger station’s always slammed. Smash patties, buttery buns, and fries for serious comfort.
• Pan-Asian counter switches things up with Japanese raw bar, dim sum, and Burmese Khao Suey.

Street Food, Reimagined

I give the chatpata (tangy, spicy) vibes a gourmet spin. Flavored water chaat station meets edible cones for chaat - looks good, tastes better.

Cozy Indulgences

Warm cheese fondue, baked brie, and a vintage gelato cart (eggless, A2 milk, not too sweet).
