I teach practical, effective techniques for real-life situations. We focus on simple escapes, ground defense, and how to handle common attacks, so you build the muscle memory and confidence to protect yourself.

Building Your Physical Strength

Self-defense is as much about physical fitness as it is about technique. My classes include dedicated strength circuits using free weights, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and cardio to build the power and endurance you need to be self-reliant.

Honing Your Martial Arts Skills

We build a strong foundation through consistent practice of core martial arts skills. This includes everything from striking drills like boxing and kicking to learning forms (kata) that improve balance, focus, and technique.

Group Workshops & Community Training

I conduct hands-on self-defense workshops for corporate teams, schools, and private groups, creating a supportive environment for learning. We also have a strong community of students who train together and celebrate each other's success.

Becoming a warrior is a journey of the mind and body. It requires discipline, perseverance, and also knowing how to recover and care for your body, like with an ice bath after intense training.
