With so much fitness information available, why are so many people still unhealthy? It all boils down to one word: priority. If you make your health a priority, consistency becomes easier.
Life will humble you. There will be setbacks and tough times. Your job is to not give up, put your head down, and keep working towards your goals.
Fight your battles, enjoy the glory. The journey is full of struggles, but the feeling of overcoming them and seeing your progress is worth every bit of effort.

Most people stop because they confuse discipline with motivation. You don't need to feel like working out to do it. The difference between those who lose the fat and keep it off and those who yo-yo is simple: they show up when they don't want to. I have been there at 135kg, and I can tell you that waiting for the 'right mood' is exactly what keeps you stuck.
Let's be honest. Motivation is just a feeling. It is a spark that disappears the moment you have a bad day at work, a late night, or a week of travel. If you rely on it, you will quit the moment life gets difficult.
Real, sustainable progress is about building habits that survive your worst days. That is why I focus on 'boring' consistency. It is about showing up to the gym when you are tired, eating your protein when you would rather order junk, and tracking your lifts even when you do not feel like it.
Why You Are Stuck
