What Counts as Harassment?
It’s more than just physical acts. You might be dealing with:
- Unwanted touches—someone getting too close or crossing the line.
- Creepy staring, awkward questions about your personal life, or pressure to “get close” to colleagues.
- Suddenly getting dumped with extra work, odd hours, or being shifted somewhere you can’t perform—just because you said no.
Most people think you need “proof.” But your own statement is strong evidence. Don’t let anyone silence you by saying otherwise.
How I Support You
- I guide you on reporting sexual harassment in Indian offices—figuring out if it’s a POSH matter, helping you with every document, and filing that first complaint.
- I step up during the inquiry. Main POSH committees mein bhi hoon (I’m on POSH committees too). That means I know the tricks, the loopholes, and how committees think.
- If the committee is biased or the decision is unfair, I help you appeal or file a criminal case. Sometimes, private company POSH committees protect the harasser instead of you—but we don’t let that slide.
