About Criminal Law

Why I Do This Work

I never planned to be a lawyer. It just happened, mostly out of a personal struggle with my daughter's citizenship. That fight taught me how confusing law can be, and how badly people need someone who gets it, and gets them. Asal mein, sabko pata hai sach kya hai (Honestly, everyone knows what the truth is) - but cutting through the noise is tough. That's my job.

My Approach to Defense

  • I see the person, not just the case. Circumstances create situations; no one’s a criminal at birth.
  • I stand by “innocent until proven guilty.” It’s not up for debate, no matter how serious the charge.
  • Justice delayed is justice denied. I push for a speedy trial because dragging things out just destroys lives, especially for folks who can’t fight forever.

What I Handle

I work across criminal law, building clear, strategic defenses:

  • Bail and anticipatory bail process, even under tough laws like the NDPS Act.
  • White-collar crime defense for cases under PMLA, Prevention of Corruption Act, and more.
  • Cybercrime legal representation, including digital fraud, online harassment, and newer crimes under Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
  • Homicide, violent crimes, offences against women and children, trafficking.

Calling Out the System

I’m a feminist, but I don’t let misuse slide. Dono taraf bura hota hai (bad things happen on both sides). When the law is twisted, real victims suffer. My work is for those who need it most - especially folks who don’t have the himmat (courage) or money to fight.

Keeping Up With New Laws

I train police and officials on India’s new criminal codes, so my strategies always fit the latest changes. Every case gets a custom plan. No shortcuts. Just straight talk and court craft.

My Story

People call me an 'accidental lawyer'—I just wanted to understand law, then my daughter’s citizenship mess pulled me in deep. Became a mom at 24, gave law exams with a newborn beside me. No family legacy, just me, my chai, books, and the grind. My nani and mom were teachers, so maybe teaching and fighting comes naturally. Ageing? Gracefully, with all the gyaan (wisdom) I can gather. Law is just one part—I'm a mom, baker, mentor, always learning. No comparisons, bas apni kahani (just my own story).

My Work

What I Handle - Criminal law, cross-border child custody, family disputes, property issues, NRI legal help—if it’s messy, I’m in.

My Style - Every case is different. No Latin drama—just straight talk, clear strategy. Simple language wins, always.

If You’re Wrongly Accused - False 498A case? NRI scared of arrest? Heard it all. I help you plan, even if you’re sitting abroad.

Digital Safety & Law Gyaan - What you post online isn’t always safe. I run digital safety legal workshops—because knowing the law is your best shield.

Mentoring New Lawyers - First-gen lawyer here. I mentor newbies—no shortcuts, just honest advice and a push to knock louder.
