Annual External ICC Member Retainership
Legal Compliance Role

Why I Do This
I grew up believing vakalat (legal work) is about standing up for what's right. For me, the POSH Act isn't just a rulebook - it's a chance to help change the way karmabhumi (workplaces) feel for everyone. I want people to feel safe, respected, and know what to do if things go wrong. It’s not about ticking a box, it’s about real empowerment.
