Why I Do This

I grew up believing vakalat (legal work) is about standing up for what's right. For me, the POSH Act isn't just a rulebook - it's a chance to help change the way karmabhumi (workplaces) feel for everyone. I want people to feel safe, respected, and know what to do if things go wrong. It’s not about ticking a box, it’s about real empowerment.

What I Offer

• Sexual harassment awareness workshops for all levels, with straight talk about what counts as harassment, how people can protect themselves and each other, and what the law actually says.
• Internal Committee training for POSH - ICC members get practical, hands-on learning, so they aren’t lost when complaints come in. I keep it real, not textbook style.
• POSH external member services: As a practicing advocate, I can join your ICC and help keep things fair and legally sound. I don’t just sit in meetings - I make sure your process works.
• I’m available both online and in-person around Delhi-NCR. Flexible approach, so you get what fits your team.

How I Work

I skip the legal jargon and use real-life examples. My sessions are interactive, not boring lectures. I want everyone - juniors, seniors, whoever - to actually understand what POSH means for them. I won’t pretend this is always easy, but I’ll make it simple and practical.
