• Training and awareness workshops that are interactive, using real scenarios (not just dry legal talks).
• We talk about what sexual harassment really means, rights, responsibilities, off-site events, parties, and how to build respect.
• Internal Committee training POSH - from setting up your IC right to making sure they know how to handle complaints with fairness and confidentiality.
• Drafting a strong workplace harassment policy. Already got one? I’ll do a POSH audit for organizations to spot risks and patch up gaps.
• If you need an unbiased expert, I can be your External Member for POSH IC, bringing my experience as an advocate and social justice worker.

How I Work

I’m straight up. My method is shaped by real “sangharsh aur alochana” (struggle and criticism). I’m called “Nari Rakshak” (protector of women), but my commitment is to justice for everyone.
