About In The Courtroom
The courtroom is not where cases are won; it is where the preparation pays off. My team and I at VHS Legal spend far more time on evidence collation, drafting, and mock drills than we do standing before the judge. When you see us smiling in these photos, it is not because the hearing was easy, but because the hours of homework made the legal argument watertight. You need more than a lawyer who speaks loudly; you need one who knows the law better than the opposition.
When I step into the Supreme Court or a High Court, I am not there to play sides. I am there to fight for the facts. My work, whether it is a complex criminal matter, a matrimonial dispute, or a cyber crime complaint, follows a rigorous process.

Many people think legal battles are won on the day of the hearing. The reality is that the outcome is decided weeks before, in the files and drafts we prepare at the office. We map allegations to specific legal sections and anticipate the defense's strategy before we even set foot in the building.

I am often asked how I handle cases for both men and women. The answer is simple: I don't believe in gender-based legal bias. I believe in evidence. If you are a woman facing harassment, I will fight for your rights. If you are a man caught in a false domestic violence case, I will defend you with the same intensity. My motto is 'Bekhauf'—fearless. I do not fear the complexity of a case, and I do not fear the opposition.
