You don't need a mountain of witnesses to be heard. I help you document your story, file your complaint correctly, and take the right legal steps—whether at the Internal Complaints Committee or the police station.

If something wrong has happened to you, your own statement is sufficient evidence for your case, even if you have no other witnesses. The truth has a way of revealing itself during a trial.

If you are being sexually harassed, defend yourself and file a complaint. You can go to your company's ICC, where your identity is protected. If you don't get justice there, go to the police. It is your duty to ensure the perpetrator is punished.

Never search for legal advice on Google. You will be misguided. Cases drag on for years because people get the wrong advice at the start. Always go to an authentic, experienced advocate who can give you the right advice and lead you in the right direction.

In this podcast, I discuss the full scope of women's rights, from maintenance for a married woman based on her husband's status to the right to equal pay for equal work. I also provide a balanced view on the misuse of laws, discussing the Atul Subhash case and the legal provisions that exist for men.

About Your Legal Rights and The Path to Justice

Many people come to me believing they have 'no proof' because they lack witnesses, but your own statement is powerful evidence in the eyes of the law. I help you organize your chronology of events, which is the bedrock of any successful complaint, whether you are approaching an Internal Complaints Committee (IC) or filing a police FIR.
