Why I Do This Work

For me, law is more than a job - it's a responsibility. "Vakalat mera pesha hai, nyay dilana mera shauk hai" (Advocacy is my profession, getting justice is my passion). I want our samaj (society) to know its rights, especially at work.

Organisations shouldn't see POSH Act compliance as just ticking a legal box. Making workplaces safe is real punya karma (good deed). I help teams move from basic compliance to building a respectful office culture.

• POSH Act Awareness for all employees: Clear info on employee rights, legal options, and how to create a sensitive work culture. Whether you’re new or senior, everyone gets the basics.
• Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) training: Deep-dive into ICC responsibilities, handling complaints, and legal details. I share real cases and practical steps, not just theory.

Breaking Down Sexual Harassment

Section 2(n) of the POSH Act defines sexual harassment. It’s about any unwelcome touch, words, requests, or digital content that makes someone uncomfortable. I keep it straight so there’s no confusion.

My Training Style

I don’t just lecture. I come over and we talk, share examples, ask questions. I want people to actually understand, not just listen.
