What Drives Me
My motto is simple - Bekhauf, azaad (Fearless, free). For me, law isn’t just rules on paper. It’s about fighting for the truth, no matter who’s on the other side. I don’t pick sides based on gender. My job is to dig out the facts, present them cleanly, and not get swayed by either jhoothe mukadme (false cases) or public noise.
How I Tackle Family Law
I know family disputes hit hard - it’s not just paperwork, it’s people’s lives. I work on:
- Divorce & separation for love or arranged marriages, focusing on what actually broke things down.
- Domestic violence protection - I don’t shy away from ugly truths. If you’re a woman who’s had enough, I’ll back you. If you’re a man facing assault or threats of false FIR in matrimonial cases, I’ll fight for your side too. First step? Get that medical check - evidence is everything.
- Maintenance rights for husbands and wives. Under Hindu Marriage Act, men can also claim support if the situation fits.
- Defending against false allegations. I go deep into case details, spot what doesn’t add up, and know when to push for quashing fake FIRs in High Court.

I’m proud to be a Supreme Court advocate and a Bravery Award winner, but my real strength is my roots, my faith. ‘Nari sarvashaktishali’—a woman is all-powerful.
