My Story
10 saal ho gaye iss field mein. Fierce hoon, fearless bhi, par sabse zyada justice ka junoon hai. Log apne rights hi nahi jaante – yahi toh problem hai. Main kehti hoon, har sawaal ka jawaab kitabon mein nahi, ek achhe vakeel ke anubhav mein hota hai (not every answer is in books, but in a good lawyer’s experience). News channels pe bhi aayi hoon, podcasts bhi kiye, kyunki legal awareness sabka haq hai. Dharmo Rakshati Rakshitah – kanoon unka saath deta hai jo sach ke liye ladte hain. Matrimonial, Criminal, Civil & Corporate Law - Shaadi ka jhagda ho ya false dowry case defence, criminal complaint drafting, ya office ka dispute – sab handle karti hoon.
Lawyer ko shuru se lao (Get a lawyer from Day 1) - Apna complaint khud mat likho, galat shuru ho gaya toh case weak ho jata hai. Drafting matters.
Saboot sabse zaroori (Evidence is key) - Divorce ya koi bhi case – audio, chats, video sab sambhal ke rakho. Isi pe case jeet/haar tay hoti hai.
Maintenance ka koi fixed formula nahi - 50% ya 75% dena padta hai? Bilkul galat. Court sab check karta hai – income, lifestyle, sab kuch.
