I don't believe in fondant-heavy cakes that look better than they taste. My focus is on the flavour first, so I use light whipped cream and fresh seasonal produce for a finish that feels clean and modern. Since I make everything from scratch, we can discuss the exact flavour profile—from moist chocolate to fusion twists—that fits the mood of your specific event.
When you order a custom cake, we are working together to build a treat that fits your event. I prefer designs that lean into minimalism—think fresh fruit, edible flowers, and natural textures rather than synthetic dyes or heavy sugar paste. It is an approach that keeps the cake light and the ingredients front and centre.
How I Work
- Customisation: Whether you need eggless options or specific flavours like Lemon Basil or Rasmalai, I can tailor the sponge and the filling to your preference.
- Ingredients: I only use top-notch stuff, like 54% to 70% dark couverture chocolate and real fruit compotes made in my kitchen. No shortcuts.
- The Process: Since I am a small team, I need a bit of lead time to ensure your cake gets the attention it needs. Please reach out with your date and theme so we can plan the details.
I deliver across Delhi NCR, or you can pick up your order directly from my bakehouse in Gurugram.
