Why Scratch-Made Matters
I don’t use premixes. When you order a cake, I am using real couverture chocolate, organic flour, and bura sugar. You can taste the difference when the sponge is made with care rather than a box mix. It is why our chocolate truffle or Belgian chocolate cakes have that rich, melt-in-mouth finish that my regulars keep coming back for.
