I believe a cake should taste like cake, not just cream. My signature naked cakes are designed to be light and fluffy, focusing on premium ingredients like fresh fruit compotes and high-quality chocolate, without the heavy frosting.

My Fresh Fruit Naked Cake is a celebration of seasonal goodness. I layer a soft vanilla sponge with silky diplomat cream and top it with a vibrant mix of fresh fruits like kiwi, pomegranate, and mango.

When mango meets chocolate, magic happens. This Naked Cake has a moist chocolate sponge, luscious dark chocolate ganache, and is topped with juicy fresh mangoes for a bold twist on a summer favourite.

For those who like their cake bold and nutty, my Chocolate Hazelnut Naked Cake is unforgettable. It features a decadent chocolate sponge, dark chocolate ganache, Nutella, and a topping of roasted hazelnuts and almonds.

Zesty, herby, and unapologetically unique. My Lemon Basil Naked Cake is made with a light lemon basil sponge, balanced with lemon curd, and topped with candied lemons and fresh basil leaves for an adventurous dessert.

A tropical escape in every slice. This Coconut Pineapple Naked Cake combines a soft coconut vanilla sponge with a tangy pineapple compote and fresh pineapple chunks. It's light, refreshing, and made with the finest ingredients.

Delicate, crunchy, and dreamy. My Pistachio White Chocolate Naked Cake balances a soft pistachio sponge with a silky pistachio white chocolate ganache and nougatine crunches for a truly luxurious texture.

Simple, elegant, and bursting with berries. This Blueberry Naked Cake features a soft vanilla sponge layered with my fresh blueberry compote and a light whipped cream, letting the natural fruit flavours shine.

This Raspberry Basil Naked Cake is light, fresh, and full of surprises. I use a soft basil vanilla sponge, layers of white chocolate whipped cream, and a tangy raspberry compote for a truly unique flavour.

If you're not a fan of too much cream, my semi-naked cakes are for you. This pistachio cake is light, fluffy, and full of flavour, with just enough frosting to complement the sponge.

Here is another example of my semi-naked style, this time with a rich chocolate cake. It’s the perfect balance, giving you all the indulgence of chocolate without being overloaded with cream.

About Signature Naked & Semi-Naked Cakes

When I bake these, my goal is simple: let the sponge and the filling be the star. I use a naked or semi-naked finish, which is just a thin scrape of cream on the sides, because I want you to taste the moisture in the sponge and the depth of my house-made compotes, not a thick layer of sugar. Every order is baked fresh in my Gurugram bakehouse, so you aren't getting something that has been sitting in a display case.
