Why I Bake
I left my corporate job, started Shireen's Bake House, and named it after my dadi (grandmom). Every cake comes straight from my kitchen and my heart. It's not a big factory vibe here - just me, making sure every bite means something.
Cake Philosophy
I truly believe good cake can't be rushed or cheap. Expect real, premium flavours. My motto is always “more cake, less cream, maximum flavour.” I keep things home-style, never overloaded with sugar or fillers.
What I Make

I work only on pre-orders - no ready stock. We chat about your occasion, theme, and flavours. I sketch out ideas and bake you a cake that’s actually about you. No two cakes look the same, and that's the fun part.

My Story
Hi, I’m Meraaj. You won’t see me in front of the camera much, I’m more the behind-the-scenes type. Baking’s in my blood, thanks to my dadi (grandma) Shireen—she started it all, and this bakery is for her. Quitting my old job was tough, lots of second thoughts. But now, this is my happy place. My husband’s my biggest cheerleader. A simple ‘Bahut accha tha’ (It was very good) from a customer? Best feeling. Thanks for sticking around.
