When planning a baby celebration, the biggest challenge is balancing visuals with taste. I always suggest a dense sponge—like my signature mud or butter cake—for tiered designs because it holds up those adorable fondant figurines without collapsing. If you have a theme in mind, even a weird one, tell me. I love figuring out the structure to make it work, whether it is a teddy bear hot air balloon or a delicate butterfly garden.
