I’m Meraaj and honestly, I left my old job so I could bake the kind of cakes I always wanted to eat - not overloaded with cream, just honest flavours. My thing is simple: more cake, less cream, and always top-notch ingredients. I don’t do shortcuts. Every cake comes straight from my kitchen and is made with a lot of patience (and yeah, some anxiety over getting flavours just right).

What Makes My Cakes Stand Out

• My signature naked cakes are kinda my pride. They’re light, fluffy, and let the real taste show. No hiding behind thick frosting.
• I keep it elegant and natural, using things like fresh fruit, edible flowers, and herbs. Seasonal mango cake, anyone?
• Favourites include chocolate hazelnut, lemon basil, and pistachio white chocolate - all with the good stuff inside.

• There’s plenty for every craving - from fusion like rasamalai cake to classics like opera and sacher torte.
• Minimalist cake designs but big on flavour. If you like almond rocher or a punchy dark chocolate and coffee combo, I’ve got those.
