My thing is simple: more cake, less cream, and always top-notch ingredients. I don’t do shortcuts. Every cake comes straight from my kitchen and is made with a lot of patience (and yeah, some anxiety over getting flavours just right).

- My signature naked cakes are kinda my pride. They’re light, fluffy, and let the real taste show. No hiding behind thick frosting.
- I keep it elegant and natural, using things like fresh fruit, edible flowers, and herbs. Seasonal mango cake, anyone?

My Story
Hi, I’m Meraaj. You won’t see me in front of the camera much, I’m more the behind-the-scenes type. Baking’s in my blood, thanks to my dadi (grandma) Shireen—she started it all, and this bakery is for her. Quitting my old job was tough, lots of second thoughts. But now, this is my happy place.
