My Approach to Coaching
- Science over Hype: We use real metrics like TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) to establish a calorie deficit that does not starve you. You get to eat food you actually enjoy while staying within your targets.
- Strength Training: You need to build muscle to lose fat sustainably. I design full-body routines that emphasize progressive overload, helping you get stronger even while in a deficit.
- Environment Design: Willpower is a limited resource. Instead of fighting your environment, we modify it so healthy choices become the path of least resistance.
The 'Fee' vs. 'Fine' Concept
Think of your health as an investment. You can pay the 'fee' upfront—consistent training, mindful eating, and effort—or you can pay the 'fine' later with poor health markers, joint weakness, and chronic issues.
