I don't believe in shrinking. I believe in getting strong, eating real food, and building a lifestyle you actually want to keep. This is a look into what that journey looks like.

This is my therapy. It's not about showing off; it's about showing up for myself. This is where I build the strength that carries me through life, proving that women are powerful beyond measure.

On the left is me from a few years ago, lost in diet culture. On the right is me today, strong, fueled, and confident. My journey proves that sustainable change isn't about quick fixes, it's about building a lifestyle you can love for years.

There's a new age of women who are done with aspiring to be skinny. We are fueled by food, we lift heavy weights, and we train to get stronger, not smaller. It's time to say a big fuck you to diet culture and join the movement.

This is what strength looks like. A 10 kg weighted pull-up, something I worked for with consistency and grit. My goal is to help you discover this kind of power in yourself, celebrating every milestone, big or small.

To whoever needs to hear this: if you don't step out of your comfort zone, next year will look just like this one. The excuses will always be there, but the opportunity for change is right now. Let's make it happen.

I'm here to cut through the bullshit fitness advice you see online. Fasted cardio, demonizing carbs, or special workouts for your menstrual cycle are mostly noise. I focus on proven, basic principles that get real, lasting results.

This is what success looks like. My client, Yashodhara, making an 80kg hip thrust look easy. This is the result of her consistency and trusting the process of slow, steady progress. I couldn't be prouder.

People think lifting heavy is the hard part. The real test is fueling your body correctly. This is not about restriction; it's about eating balanced, wholesome meals like this plate of rice, chicken, and vegetables that build muscle and give you energy.

You won’t find crash diets or 'miracle' shakes here. My clients get results by eating real meals like rice and sambar, training with compound lifts, and unlearning the fear of food. If you are tired of the cycle of starving and bingeing, this is your sign to start building a body that actually works for you.
