You don't need fancy equipment to build a body that feels capable and strong. I design bodyweight routines—using foundational movements like dand (push-ups), baithak (squats), and Animal Flow—to help you build real power and mobility, anywhere you are.

Here is a full body workout circuit that requires no equipment and no gym. I've put together movements like the Indian push up (Dand), Indian squats (Baithak), and beast holds to target different muscle groups and build strength.

The Indian push up, or Dand, is a fantastic full body workout. This video breaks down the movement, showing how it activates both the posterior and anterior chains, engaging your triceps, deltoids, pectorals, and core.

I'm teaching an Animal Flow brunch session, a form of bodyweight training that explores multiplanar movements. It's a fun, challenging way to understand your body better, followed by a nourishing, protein packed meal.

This was a tough leg day. Here I'm demonstrating different exercises like Nordic curls, reverse Nordic curls, sissy squats, and calf raises to build form and strength in the lower body.

This journey is about exploring what my body is capable of doing. Here I'm practicing wrist pushups, a challenging movement that builds serious strength and stability. It's about letting go of ego and fear and accepting the journey.

You don't just stumble across courage and strength; you cultivate it with your daily choices. Here I am working on rope climbs and sand pit jumps, building the resilience to pick myself up every time I fall.

My heart is doing a happy somersault. I didn't think I could do a rope climb, but I tried anyway. It reminds me how often we stop ourselves out of fear. Strength is more of a mental game than a physical one.

This was my attempt at pulling a 25kg sandbag. It was a struggle, but it was also a win. Perfection isn't the goal; the goal is to not give up on yourself. We have to start somewhere, so let's start small and put in the work.

We are building more than just muscle. We are building discipline and integrity. Showing up is the hardest part, whether it's on the treadmill or doing push-ups. Every rep is a promise you keep to yourself.

About No Gym, No Problem: Bodyweight Strength

True strength isn't built in a gym; it's cultivated by mastering your own weight. Whether we are focusing on the mechanics of an Indian push-up to build anterior chain power or using Animal Flow to improve your joint mobility, the goal is to create a sustainable practice. I meet you exactly where you are, stripping away the intimidation of heavy weights to focus on form, integrity, and the mental resilience required to keep showing up for yourself.
