Rediscover functional power with timeless tools like the gada and mudgar. I help you build real-world strength, stability, and coordination at your own pace.

This journey is about progress, not perfection. When I started, I struggled to swing a 3kg mudgar, but with patience and consistent work, I'm now swinging a 6kg gada. I hope this inspires you to stay committed and curious about what your body is capable of.

My journey with traditional Indian workouts has been humbling and rewarding. I started with a 3kg club and have progressed to swinging 12kg. I truly believe this path chose me, and I'm grateful for the strength and self-awareness it has brought into my life.

This was me attempting a 6kg Gada swing after a long break post-injury. I was rusty, but this is the reality of training. It's not about acing it every time, but about the courage to return, relearn, and restart. Every success is built on a series of dedicated attempts.

Rotational movements are fundamental for daily life, from twisting to grab something to simply moving with ease. Using tools like the gada and samtola, we train the core and hips to generate power, improving your functional strength and preventing injury.

Here are six key reasons to start strength training, from building stronger bones to boosting your metabolism and improving your posture. Using tools like the gada, we can make your body more resilient for the demands of daily life. It's never too late to start.

A common question I get is whether our workouts only target the upper body. The truth is, our movements are designed for a full body workout, building balance, core strength, and functional power that helps you in your daily activities.

The Trichakra movement is a perfect example of how we target more than just one muscle group. It engages the entire anterior and posterior chain, building core stability and teaching your body to move as one synchronized unit, just as it does in real life.

This workout is designed to challenge your strength, balance, and stability all at once. I love movements that engage me both mentally and physically. Here's to getting stronger, one swing at a time.

What does being 'Tagda' mean? It's a mental and physical discipline. It's showing up on good days and tough ones, being in a state of flow, and moving with your mind, body, and soul in complete alignment.

There is nothing more magnetic than owning your truth and embracing your power. This is where you become unstoppable. Here I am embracing the lioness within me, using the mudgar to build not just physical strength, but inner confidence.

About Traditional Indian Strength: Gada, Mudgar & More

You do not need to lift heavy to start. My sessions focus on mastering the basics—like the 3kg mudgar or light gada swings—before building up. We focus on form, mind-muscle connection, and sustainable progress, making these ancient tools accessible even if you are just getting started or recovering from an injury.
