Being a spin instructor is about being a motivational speaker, an entertainer, and a cheerleader all at once. It takes a lot, but the energy from our riders gives so much back. Together, we empower each other.

In my beginner spin class, we focus on the fundamentals. I teach you how to master the beat, use resistance correctly, and get comfortable with speed and choreography. It's all about building a strong foundation.

I want you to work out today for a stronger tomorrow. So that when you're 60 or 70, you can still run, climb mountains, and swim in the ocean. This is about making fitness a sustainable part of your lifestyle.

When I am on the podium, my goal is not just to track your speed or resistance levels. We work on the mind-muscle connection, using the music and the collective energy of the room to push past the limits you have set for yourself. It is about leaving everything on the bike or the turf, so you walk out feeling lighter and more capable than when you walked in.
