For World Vegan Day, we hosted a "Lost and Forgotten Foods Brunch." It was a celebration of timeless classics, prepared with old-age cooking techniques to bring back soulful dishes that warm the heart. This is the kind of unique, memorable dining experience I love to create.

We recently hosted an entourage of global citizens for a regal Rajasthani experience at Justbe. We transformed the evening with pagris, dupattas, and quintessentially Marwari delicacies. It was a stupendous night of music, memories, and morsels from Rajasthan.

We are proud to conduct all our celebrations in a conscious and compassionate manner. For our poojas, we use only plant-based products, from vegan ghee for the diya to plant-based milk for the panchamrit and a whole food prasad from our own kitchen.
