We use fresh, raw ingredients like celery, cucumber, and apple to create nutrient dense juices that support the body's natural cleansing processes. This is a core part of my nutritional coaching to heal from within.

Whether you choose the 9-day 369 Cleanse or the 10-day Salt-Free Reset, the process is demanding. You will move away from processed food and heavy items—dairy, gluten, grains, and stimulants like caffeine—and embrace a diet of seasonal fruits, steamed vegetables, and fresh, nutrient-dense juices. This isn't just about weight loss. It is about clearing inflammation and silencing an agitated nervous system.
Why Discipline Matters
I won't sugarcoat it. Changing your eating habits is hard work. You will feel the urge to quit, especially in the first few days. My role is to hold you accountable. Through daily check-ins and structured guidance, I help you navigate the detox symptoms and cravings. We complement the nutrition with Pranayama and Kriya, using breathwork to assist blood detoxification and movement to aid lymphatic drainage.
