About Aerial Arts Teacher Training & Certification
Why I Teach Aerial
Creation for me feels real when I’m up in the air, twisting on silks or hammocks. Teaching aerial arts is about helping you trust your body, not just your mind. I get how scary it is at the start. Heights never bothered me, but falling? Bohot darr lagta tha (I used to feel really scared). That’s why this journey matters - you learn to fly, and to help others leave fear behind too.
What Makes This Course Different
Getting certified as an aerial yoga instructor isn’t just about a piece of paper here. With over ten years of doing and teaching, I want you to actually feel confident, not just look the part. My team and I stay with you the whole way, so you’re never stuck alone.
What You’ll Learn
- Most of our time is on the hammock - mastering basics, transitions, drops, all step-by-step for full safety.
- We mix in ground sessions: anatomy, alignment, how to build your own classes.
- There’s a theory exam too - no shortcuts, but you’ll come out ready to lead.
- “Taaliyaan bajti rehni chahiye” (the applause should keep going) - it starts with great teaching.
Two Tracks, One Goal
- Beginner aerial arts certification: 7 days, Delhi or Indore, all the basics you need.
- Beginner to intermediate: 11 days in Rishikesh, for those wanting deeper skills and a wider range.
If you’re ready to go from learning to leading, and want to join a real community, let’s fly together.

My Story
We’re Flying Monky. Started by Ansh, who’s a bit of everything - teacher, choreographer, performer. For us, aerial isn’t just a workout, it’s art and a way to shake off stress. Not gonna pretend - flying looks fearless but even we get scared. It’s all about letting go, having fun, and building a tribe. Our best moments? When everyone’s clapping, laughing, and just flying together. Taaliyaan bajti rehni chahiye! (applause should keep going)
