I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer and Nutritionist here to help you build real, sustainable habits. Whether you need PCOD management, fat loss, or strength building, we build your transformation from the ground up.

I offer a range of services to help you achieve your goals. My programs include fat loss, weight gain, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, and customized diet charts for conditions like PCOD/PCOS.

About this collection

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all diet charts. When we start, I look at your specific lifestyle, medical history, and goals—whether that's PCOD management, weight loss, or building muscle. You get a plan built from scratch, and I’ll be holding you accountable throughout the process, not just handing you a PDF and walking away.

My Approach to Coaching

Fitness isn't just about the hour you spend in the gym; it's about the other 23 hours of the day. As a Level 4 Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist based in Bengaluru, I focus on the science of body transformation. We don't do crash diets. We build a sustainable lifestyle.

  • Customized Nutrition: I calculate your BMR and TDEE to create meal plans that fit your life. Whether you need low-glycemic options for PCOD management or high-protein setups for muscle gain, every macro is adjusted based on your body's weekly response.
  • Transformation Coaching: This is for those who are serious. We use weekly check-ins to review progress, track physique changes, and make immediate adjustments if your weight loss stalls. You get priority support for managing hunger and navigating social situations.
  • Standard Coaching: Ideal for those who need a structured, reliable roadmap. You get a static meal plan and a mid-month review to keep you on track.
