About My Certifications & Approach

My coaching philosophy is simple: fitness should not be a burden. I am an ACE-approved Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Instructor, but I don't believe in fad diets or expensive imported ingredients. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, thyroid management, or postpartum recovery, we work with the food you already eat at home and exercises that fit into 30-40 minutes of your day. It is about consistency, not intensity.

I spent years as a fashion designer before realizing that my true calling was helping women feel comfortable in their own skin. My certification from ACE isn't just a badge; it ensures that every movement we do is safe, science-backed, and effective for your specific life stage.

The 'Karnesehoga' Philosophy

We often fall into the trap of thinking fitness requires hours at the gym or completely changing our lifestyle. My approach is the opposite. I focus on habit-based routines. If you can dedicate 30 minutes to yourself, we can make progress. This is the essence of 'karnesehoga'—it will happen if you show up, stay consistent, and keep it simple.

Why My Approach Works:

  • No Fad Diets: We stick to 'ghar ka khana' (home-cooked food). Roti, rice, dal, and sabzi are all on the menu. We focus on portion control and macro calculation, not elimination.
  • Time-Efficient Training: You don't need gym marathons. My workouts use supersets to pack maximum strength gains into short, 30-40 minute windows.
  • Real Support: This is not a bot-driven program. I provide video audits for form correction and asynchronous 1-on-1 support to answer your daily questions. I know the guilt and the exhaustion that comes with being a mom, and I am here to hold you accountable.
