About My Certifications & Approach

My coaching philosophy is simple: fitness should not be a burden. I am an ACE-approved Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Instructor, but I don't believe in fad diets or expensive imported ingredients. Whether you are dealing with PCOS, thyroid management, or postpartum recovery, we work with the food you already eat at home and exercises that fit into 30-40 minutes of your day. It is about consistency, not intensity.
