You have seen the before-and-after photos, but the real work happens in the quiet moments. I don't hand out generic PDFs to anyone. I need your BMR and health history before we even start. We track weekly physique updates, and if the scale doesn't move for seven days, we fix the diet immediately. There are no guessing games here.
Transformation is not about a single workout. It is the sum of every meal you prep and every rep you grind out when you are tired.

Whether you are aiming for fat loss, muscle gain, or managing conditions like PCOS and Diabetes, the principles remain the same. I do not believe in crash diets. We build a lifestyle that fits your schedule, not a temporary fix that leaves you exhausted.
How We Work
- Assessment: We start by analyzing your current BMI, dietary habits, and medical needs. No assumptions, just data.
- Customization: I build your diet chart around accessible Indian staples like Roti, Dal, and Sabzi. If it is not sustainable, you will not do it.
- Accountability: This is where most people fail. In my transformation coaching, we do weekly reviews. If progress stalls, we adjust macros and training intensity instantly.
I went from 98kg to 77kg myself, so I know exactly where you are starting from. You have to earn your health, but I will make sure you have the right roadmap to get there.
