About this collection

Forget standard diets that make you miserable. My plans are built around your real life, using the Indian staples you already have in your kitchen—roti, dal, rice. We aren't cutting out everything you enjoy; we are using BMR and TDEE calculations to create a sustainable calorie deficit that keeps you energized while you lose weight and get stronger.

I don't believe in cookie-cutter PDF plans that you download and never follow. My coaching is built on consistency and accountability. Whether you are dealing with PCOD/PCOS, struggling with post-pregnancy weight, or just starting your journey, the approach is the same: science-backed nutrition paired with smart, scalable movement.

The Process

  • Assessment: We start by looking at your current BMI and dietary habits. I need to know your starting point to build a plan that actually moves the needle.
  • Customized Nutrition: We focus on portion control and macro-nutrient timing. We use Indian home-cooked meals, not expensive imported supplements, to fuel your body.
  • Weekly Accountability: If you are on my medical or transformation coaching plan, we do weekly check-ins. If your weight loss stalls for more than 7 days, we pivot immediately. We don't wait for the next month to fix what isn't working.

Managing Conditions

If you have PCOD, PCOS, or thyroid issues, your body needs a different approach to inflammation and insulin sensitivity. I create diet swaps that focus on low-glycemic foods to help manage symptoms while you work on fat loss. This is not a crash diet; it is a lifestyle transition.
