Real results are not just about the scale. For my 90-day transformation clients, I track everything—bi-weekly inch loss, lifting volume, and progress photos. It is the only way to make sure we are not guessing, we are growing.

The 90-Day Approach
We break your journey into three phases:
- Conditioning: Setting the foundation and teaching your body to move correctly.
- Hypertrophy: Building the muscle and changing your body composition.
- High Intensity Shred: Burning the fat to reveal the hard work you have put in.
Nutrition Without Boredom
If you think I will force you to eat boiled chicken and dry salad, think again. We work with Indian household meals—Roti, Rice, and Dal. We focus on portion control and macro tracking so you can enjoy your life while hitting your goals.
