Disciplined Yoga and Martial Arts Training
Real yoga isn't a shortcut; it is a commitment. Here is the reality of my training, where we combine the rigor of Wushu with traditional yoga for deep mental and physical grit.
This is my life. It's not about balance, it's about dedication. My training in Wushu and yoga isn't a hobby, it's who I am 99% of the time, built on discipline and hard work.
This is yoga as a discipline. This collage showcases some of the foundational and advanced asanas we work on, including Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), Ustrasana (Camel Pose), and Halasana (Plough Pose), to build comprehensive strength and flexibility.
There is incredible power in practicing together. Here, I'm leading a synchronized outdoor yoga session with my students, focusing on alignment and collective energy to build a strong foundation.
People see the awards and call it luck. I call it hard work. This shows the reality behind any achievement: the relentless training, the competitive Wushu events, and the strength conditioning that makes success possible.
I was honored to be recognized at the India Achievers Awards 2023. This award is a testament to the philosophy of discipline and perseverance that I bring to every single class.
Talk is cheap. When it comes to yoga, the real 'gyaan' or knowledge comes from practice, not just words. Here I am demonstrating advanced backbends like Chakrasana (Wheel Pose) that require dedication to master.
The ultimate proof of my method is in my students' success. Witnessing them achieve peak flexibility and discipline, like performing Hanumanasana (the splits) at their black belt ceremony, is my greatest reward.

My sessions operate on a simple rule: discipline first. We train on high-density EVA mats, focusing on strict biomechanics and controlled breathing rather than just superficial stretching. You are not here to look a certain way; you are here to build a foundation that lasts.
People see the awards, but they don't see the 5 AM starts or the consistent grind. My yoga practice is built on the same structural integrity as my Wushu training. We do not use mirrors in the dojo because I want you to feel the alignment from within, not just watch it.
Whether it is Kapalbhati for energy control or complex backbends like Chakrasana, every movement has a clear purpose. We keep our batches small, usually between 10 and 18, so I can personally ensure your technique is safe and effective. We address the 'tech neck' and spinal issues common in modern lifestyles through targeted, direct physical adjustments.
If you are looking for a casual, air-conditioned workout, this is not it. If you are looking to build discipline, mental resilience, and actual strength, this is where you belong. We follow the Patanjali lineage, blended with the grit of a martial artist. Every session is designed to make you stronger than you were when you walked through the door. Jai Bharath.
