Advanced Yoga Practice & Discipline
This isn't about gentle stretching. My advanced practice combines Patanjali Yoga with martial arts conditioning to build real strength and mental grit. If you are ready for a disciplined path, let's train.
This is what mastering your body looks like. My practice includes advanced postures like supported headstands and deep backbends, which demand a high level of strength, balance, and mental focus.
Success comes from work. My personal training regimen includes a mix of bodyweight exercises like push-ups, Wushu weapon forms, and cardio, which directly translates to the strength and stamina needed for advanced yoga.
About Advanced Practice: Asana & Discipline
We train on high-density EVA foam puzzle mats rather than standard thin studio mats. This setup is specifically chosen to support the impact of martial arts-style mobility drills and intense floor work that you won't find in a typical yoga studio. It creates a stable, joint-safe foundation where you can actually push your limits without constant fear of injury.
My approach to yoga is rooted in the martial arts philosophy of 'mind first, then fist'. This is not a place to simply go through the motions; it is a space for technical progression. Whether we are tackling advanced asanas like the Wheel or perfecting the breathwork in Pranayama, every session has a specific goal: increasing your capacity for physical endurance and mental focus.
The Training Method
- Asana & Alignment: We focus on functional strength. We don't just hold poses; we break down the biomechanics of each movement to ensure you are building lean muscle and correcting posture safely.
- Breathwork (Pranayama): I dedicate 10-15 minutes of every session to techniques like Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom. This is not fluff; it is how you control your nervous system and energy levels for the day.
- Hybrid Conditioning: Drawing from my Wushu background, I integrate strength and conditioning drills. If you are struggling with tight hamstrings or 'tech neck' from desk work, my Weekend Restoration batches focus heavily on targeted spinal health and mobility.
Why This Fits
My sessions are conducted at the Shaolin Wushu Cultural Center in JP Nagar 7th Phase. Because I limit batch sizes to 10-18 students, I can provide direct physical adjustments and individual corrections. You are not just one face in a crowd; I am there to watch your form and ensure you are progressing properly. This is rigorous, consistent work. If you want to move beyond the basics and build real, tangible resilience, this is where you start.
