About Featured

Competitive training at my shala requires more than just interest. It demands a commitment to progressive conditioning, which is why I use traditional tools like the gada (mace) to build the functional shoulder stability required for elite handstand presses and deep inversions. Whether you are aiming for the state podium or mastering a challenging arm balance, we focus on the mechanics of strength before attempting the pose.
